Bespoke Items

We offer a tailored service to your requirements. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please ensure that you take every precaution to ensure your correct details are sent to us, as, understandably, we cannot be held responsible for any omission on your part. You will be sent a sample garment (fabric dependent upon design) to try which is chargeable at 25% of the cost of the finished garment (non refundable). A postage paid envelope will be included for the return of the sample.  If your chosen fabric becomes unavailable between sample and final garment stage, we will contact you to discuss further options. Should you have any questions or require alterations, this is the last stage at which you will be able to tell us. If no changes are requested, the finished garment will be of the same design as the sample. Once the final garment is in production, we will be unable to make any changes for you. Should the finished garment not be to your requirements because of an omission on your part, the full cost will be chargeable plus any postage and packaging costs.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, JCB, cheque and postal order. Please be aware that any payment must be cleared before dispatch of samples or finished garments. Any returned payments will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the garment price. Do not send cash through the post. We do not operate a cash on delivery service, however you may come and collect your garment from us. This is on a strict appointment only basis.

Delivery Schedule

We design and manufacture all garments to your specifications. We seek to dispatch your order within 28 days, unless we advise you otherwise. This will be subject to availability of materials. We will, however, endeavour to dispatch your order earlier if possible.

Shipping

Please enquire for shipping prices. All items will be sent to you discreetly in plain packaging by royal mail special delivery, which includes insurance up to £500. For items of a higher value please enquire. Please bear in mind the customs regulations for your country and that you may be charged import duty and VAT on your purchase.  

Non Delivery

Please be aware that we take no responsibility for late or non-delivery by carrier unless we are notified within 2 working days from the expected delivery date. 

Incorrect Goods

Please notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of hours of delivery. Please do not wear the item, as we cannot refund you if the item has been worn. We are unable to exchange or refund for any worn garments. It is your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

Shortage

Please make sure you check and sign for the correct number of packages on receipt. Any shortages should be noted on the delivery note and ensure that you notify us of the problem within 24 hours.  If you do not have time to check the delivery in the presence of the delivery agent, please sign the delivery note as ‘un checked’.

Damaged Deliveries

It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to your delivered garments. Please ensure that you note any damage on the delivery note and notify us immediately (and not later than 48 hours after delivery). Do not dispose of the packaging, as this will be used to investigate the damage to your garment. Disposal of the packaging will invalidate any claim against the carrier and we may not be able to refund or replace your items.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Wicked Waists respects your privacy and security. When you order with us, we will ask you for some personal information including but not limited to:

Your name This information will be used to process your order (including passing your address and telephone number to our carrier) and to send you our newsletter if you have given us your permission.

We will never pass on your details to a third party unless we have your permission, or are required to do so by law.

We treat all your personal information as confidential and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we hold will be as accurate and up to date as possible, and you will be able to check the information we hold about you by emailing us (a small fee will be payable). If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it as soon as possible. Please email us with the details. The information we hold will be held securely and in accordance with our privacy policy and the Data Protection Act.

Credit Card Security

If you wish to pay by credit card, please call us. Your credit card details will not be held for any purpose other than paying for your order and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Guarantee

If you have received incorrect goods from us, we will refund you or replace the garment.

As we operate a bespoke service, please be aware that once the final design is agreed, no refunds or replacements will be possible, up to and including the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of bespoke clothing we will be unable to accept any returns after the design has been finalised. Please note changing your mind about the fabric or design after the garment has been finalised is not a valid reason for return! If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate contact us.
